Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue affecting SIM Binding and SMS one-time password (OTP) delivery. As a result, some users may be unable to complete onboarding or account recovery processes that require mobile verification.
Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
